IQ-Pass for a safe environment during complex demolition work

Certified personnel on site every day and a clear overview of who is present? Amoveer Combinatie Groene Hart (ACGH) has now been successfully using IQ-Pass access control for a year and a half during the demolition of a coal-fired power plant of no less than 60,000 square metres. Rogier Peereboom, employed by ACGH, shares his positive experiences: "The personnel register in advance with the correct certificates and this ensures a safe construction site."

Collaboration with IQ-Pass
Rogier Peereboom explains that access control was a requirement in the specifications of this project, and IQ-Pass fit ACGH's needs perfectly. He highlights the targeted advice he received from his account manager at IQ-Pass during implementation. Thanks to IQ-Pass, they are using Deftiq's digital access instruction. "People take this online course prior to their arrival. It explains the rules and safety regulations, including information on emergency exits. Upon arrival, it is registered who has completed the course, allowing quick access."

Barrier and turnstile
ACGH uses a barrier and turnstile for site access control. This is ACGH's first experience with IQ-Pass, but they have noticed that the system is becoming increasingly common on construction sites. Rogier Peereboom: "Currently we don't use all the functionalities of GoWorkforce, I know you can develop the system further. I do get timesheets from the system."
