Zeeland Refinery

Streamlining access processes and contract management is the basis of GoWorkforce. We recently had the opportunity to roll out the software at Zeeland Refinery. The power of GoWorkforce comes into its own during the upcoming major maintenance shutdown. All contractors working at the site are required to register their employees in advance in the GoWorkforce Cloud Software. Employees will then receive an invitation to complete the sign-up process and take the #Helix e-learning modules. Only when this process is completed in advance will employees be granted access.

All data is stored in the employee's personal account which they can manage themselves. Zeeland Refinery has certainty regarding employees' mandatory documents and required qualifications. Thanks to the integration with #EAL, all relevant data are also directly known in the access control system. The whole thing makes for a significantly faster process and so the employees can quickly start work on the Monday morning in question, at the start of the shutdown. To achieve corona safe accesses, IQ-Pass also installed additional turnstiles.
