At Boels Site Accommodation, we offer customized solutions for temporary housing and workspaces. Our process is efficient and client-focused, guiding you from the initial request to dismantling. Here’s how we operate.
1. Request and initial design
When your request comes in, we get to work immediately. You can easily reach us via email or phone to share your project ideas and requirements. Our specialists carefully analyze your request and schedule a site visit to gain a clear understanding of your needs.
2. Site visit and consultation
During the site visit, our account managers discuss your specific needs, such as the number of people using the units and the functional requirements. We also assess practical matters, including available space, logistical options, and the condition of the ground. This information forms the basis for a suitable design.
3. Customized solutions
Need additional amenities like furniture, TVs, or other facilities in your units? We’ll arrange that for you. We can also provide Wi-Fi, cleaning services, coffee facilities, and alarm systems upon request. We’re happy to inform you about these options, which are available alongside our standard services.
Based on the site visit and your preferences, we create a detailed floor plan and technical design. We discuss this thoroughly with you to ensure that the design aligns with your project goals and vision. Any adjustments are made immediately.
Request a no-obligation quote from our experts
Want to know how we can optimise your temporary work and living space? Our experts are ready to discuss the options and provide you with a no-obligation quote.
5. Calculation and quote
Once the technical drawing is approved, we calculate the costs for transport, assembly, dismantling, and any customized solutions. You will receive a detailed quote outlining all costs clearly.
6. Preparation and planning
After the quote is approved, the transport and depot departments get to work. The units are prepared according to your specifications and readied for transport. Our planners ensure that everything aligns seamlessly.
7. Delivery and assembly
The units are transported to your location, where our experienced assemblers connect and prepare them for utility connections. You can choose to connect the units to electricity and water yourself, or we can handle it for you with the right specialists.
8. Handover
Upon project completion, our account manager conducts a detailed inspection of the units. Together with you, we verify that everything has been delivered according to the agreement. If there are any concerns, we ensure a quick resolution.
9. Dismantling
After your project is completed, we manage the dismantling. Our experienced specialists oversee the disassembly of the units and coordinate their transport back to our depots.
