This hot-air steamer can be used for every cooking technique in the commercial kitchen. The oven has three basic functions: steam between 30 and 130 C, hot air between 30 C and 300 C and the combination of steam and hot air between 30 C and 130 C. Operating the oven is simple with the clear dials to control the operating mode, temperature, core temperature and time. The display lights up automatically and the control panel uses clear pictograms. Furthermore, the combi-steamer features a core thermometer with 1-point measurement, 100 pre-set programs with a maximum of six steps, centrifugal grease separation without extra filter, cool-down function for quick and safe cabinet cooling, handle for one-handed operation with self-closing function and locking mechanism and manual sprayer. The oven is delivered on a mobile stainless-steel undercarriage.
