All rates excl. 21% VAT. They also exclude costs for the following: maintenance, fuel, oil, wear and tear, transport, cleaning, accessories and various attachments, any environmental taxes and surcharges for damage waiver and fire/theft schemes.
Rates are based on daily rates or weekly rates, unless a machine has an hour counter. In this situation, the daily rate is based on 8 operating hours and the weekly rate on 40 operating hours.
