How to set up your MyBoels account

Creating a MyBoels account is very straightforward if you have a Boels account. It's all arranged in just a few easy steps.

I already have a Boels account with a customer number
To link MyBoels to your customer number, we need some information from you. You can fill in the details on MyBoels application form.

  • We do an administrative check on the information you provide us on the application form.
  • After verification and approval, we send you an e-mail for you to create a unique password for your MyBoels account.
  • You can now log on to the secure MyBoels platform using your e-mail address and password.

I don't have a Boels account and customer number yet
MyBoels is currently only available to customers with a Boels business account. Fortunately, applying for a Boels account is arranged in no time. A Boels business account gives you benefits straight away, such as a speedy rental process and fewer administrative procedures.

  • Have you received your Boels account with customer number? Then you're ready to set up a MyBoels account. All you need to do is fill in the MyBoels application form.
  • We do an administrative check on the information you provided us and then link your customer number to a MyBoels account.
  • After verification and approval, we send you an e-mail for you to create a unique password for your MyBoels account.
  • You can now log in to MyBoels with your e-mail address and password.

I (might) already have a MyBoels account
Did you receive an e-mail to set a password for your MyBoels account, but haven't used it yet? Or perhaps you can't remember your password? Not a problem.

  • Go to my.boels.com and select ‘Forgot your password?’.
  • Enter the e-mail address you think is linked to a MyBoels account. If it is, we will send you an e-mail with a verification code.
  • If the e-mail address and verification code match, you'll receive an e-mail to set a new password for your MyBoels account. Can't log in this way? Then apply for a new MyBoels account with this request form.
  • You can now log in to MyBoels with your e-mail address and new password.

One of my employees has gained access to MyBoels despite not being authorised to do this. Can I make sure this doesn’t happen again?

Yes, you do this via the contact form in MyBoels or your account manager.

Is my debtor number linked to my MyBoels account automatically?

Yes, provided your debtor number has already been linked to an e-mail address.

I can’t log into my MyBoels account. What should I do?

Contact the Customer service department or your account manager.

How often is the data in MyBoels updated?

We update this data once a day.

Where can I see which of my employees are able to use MyBoels?

You can request this information from us, either via your account manager or the contact form in MyBoels. Alternatively, use the chat function in MyBoels, which enables you to chat with one of our colleagues from the Customer service department.
