Do I always have to reserve machines or tools online in advance?
You don't have to, but it is recommended. That way you are sure that the right equipment is available at your branch and that the progress of your project won't be jeopardised.
Can I also have machines or tools delivered and collected?
We can also deliver equipment to your site and collect it again when this is convenient for you. Please remember that you pay a fee for the transport costs.
How much security deposit do I need to pay?
Our machines and tools are worth a considerable amount of money. That's why we ask for a security deposit from private customers and companies without a Boels account. The deposit amount is different for each product. Have you returned the product to us in good condition after the rental period? Then we'll refund the deposit to you right away. Security deposits by debit card are generally refunded to your bank account in two working days.
